Long Creek Hotel - South Portland

the hotel provided a great customer service during our vacation. moreover, guests can use parking on site. the property is in the central location by the airport. the place to order lunch relatively close to the hotel is arby's.

clean place accompanied by excellent and efficient staff. units with great breakfast. particularly good and absolutely perfect location close to stores and shopping, the mall and restaurants and the outskirts of portland in a good area. and 5 mins walk to maine mall. overall very nice stay for a night.

Wi-Fi was rather slow.

Nothing special. Room smelled like smoke even though it said nonsmoking.

We had outstanding and cozy rooms with 2 double beds and the staff were COURTEOUS. The location was marvellous and incredible, for example, Maine Mall was at walking distance from the hotel.

Dining options, but the overall experience was marred by cleanliness issues. The pool area also needed more attention. It's a shame because the staff seemed friendly and eager to help. It's just that the facility itself fell short.

I liked the freezer/fridge and microwave in the room. The breakfast was really good

The hotel provided a convenient location across from a large mall. I appreciated the free breakfast, though I was disappointed when a man brought his dog into the food area. This was concerning for someone like me who enjoys cleanliness and quiet spaces.

The presence of pets in the hotel created issues for those with allergies. I noticed a lack of enforcement regarding pet policies, which affected my stay.

The location was great and super and close to places we visited. Plus, it was about 10 minutes' drive to Sable Oaks Golf Course.

Friendly service and a great breakfast selection. Very Welcoming atmosphere. Hot tub was excellent.

The pool from the picture online makes it look much bigger...it is only a 5 feet pool in reality.

The only downside was that our room had a faint smell that could have been better, but it didn't ruin our trip. I'd suggest checking out the arcade nearby if you're with kids 😊

The desk clerk at night was not nice at all. Then he told us we had prepaid for our room when we hadn't. I had to call Booked.net and they had to call him. He was also rude and not helpful at all.

The location offered easy access to nearby attractions like an arcade and bowling alley. While the staff were friendly and the breakfast options were diverse, the pool environment was chaotic and loud, detracting from the relaxation we hoped for. Cleanliness was a concern. The room had visible issues like stained carpets and an unclean bathroom, disappointing for a recognized hotel brand.

We received a call within 10 minutes of getting into our room to make sure everything was good. The staff were excellent in helping us get down to the wharf in Portland and just overall so pleasant! Loved the workout facility and the pool and the breakfast was awesome. Loved the fresh fruit!
